Public Consultation Drop-In Event

You are invited to attend a public consultation drop-in event regarding plans for the ‘Proposed B2 Industrial Building to facilitate the expansion of an existing food production facility, with associated loading, storage, office and ancillary accommodation’ on lands immediately southeast of 57 Tobermore Road, Mullaghboy, Magherafelt, BT45 7HJ and immediately north of 6A Ballyheifer Road, Mullaghboy, Magherafelt, BT45 5EQ.

Tuesday 20th October

3pm – 7pm

At The Terrace Hotel (42-48 Church St, Magherafelt, BT45 6AW).

In addition to the in-person public consultation event, this website has the facility for members of the public to leave feedback on the proposal, and will remain live for comments until Friday 20th November 2026, 5pm.
